Win 2000 & Office 97?

Hi there we are looking at upgrading our current infrastructure on the Pc side from
Win 95 to 2000. We also have Office 97 as a standard, if we install Windows 2000 will Office 97 run? Does outlook 2000 come pre installed with Windows 2000? Has anyone used the upgrade method from windows 95 to 2000? If so how does it work? Any problems or bugs?
Also we have Norton anti-virus Ver 5.0 I am guessing that this will not work either.
