Win 2000 Pro Installed over ME

OK guys and gals, Hellllllp. I decided to expand my horizons with my usual reckless abandon. I had a system crash (no backuo system of course), so I started from scratch and decided to install ME vs 98SE. I wanted to see for myself all the complaints re ME.
Well, I of course didnt put 98 in first then ME, I just put ME in.
I loved ME so much I immediately installed Win 2000 Pro. OVER ME!!!.
My 13 year old son installed a copyover SE and he is ‘cruising’.
What now, I realized the mistake after the fact. I have 2 drives 1 20GB 5400 and a 30GB 7200. Neither BIOS nor Win reognizes it and Win 2000 installed by itself, with no partitioning. When I boot I have a dual boot environment,,,, Maybe.
HOW DO I MIGRATE TO 2000 PRO.
