Win 2k bug check

I have Windows 2000Pro installed w/sp2, 32Mb
Geforce video card(agp). It seems that
everytime I want to play any kind of .mpeg,
or anything that has intense graphics (some
websites) the OS reboots. Event Type: Information

Any suggestions to this problem will be very
much appreciated.
