Win 2k Dom. Security SettingsNot Respond

In Windows 2000 server that is a PDC. I need to go into Domain Security settings and change some stuff. But when i open the tool it freezes up and shows Not Responding in Task Manager. The same happens in Domain Conroller Security settings, but not any other tool. sp1, no errors in logs
