Win 2k Folder, Documents and Settings

I have a folder on my PDC called Documents and Settings. This folder is over 4 gigabytes and taking up tons of room on my server. I have browsed the folder and found that it contains a folder for each user that I have created. I have searched microsofts site to find out if I am safe to delete this folder or not. Does anyone know if I can delete it safely and free up that space?
