Win 2K Pro and SP -4

I loaded SP 4 on my Win 2k Pro machine. Now when I right click on the task bar and access task manager, The Task manager giu opens only one window. There is no Title bar or tabs to be found. Only the system processes window appears. I tied to uninstall Sp4 but was met with errors. Any suggestions?
