Win 2k Server Backup

I have configured the Win2k backup program to do nightly backs-ups of the server but I had to setup each night with its own tape. Is it possible to setup a group of tapes as opposed to selecting the exact one. When I was setting it up each backup job requires a tape to be selected by name. I want to be able to use any tape. Please be specific if there are steps to take to configure this – If it can’t be done, please recomend what you think is the best alternative backup program for Win2k. This server does not have exchange on it so it is only backing up files.
