Win 2K Server linked to a Unix File Serv

In the 11-18 years school I work in we are about to upgrade our Unix Network to have fibre, switches and a Win 2K server to manage 100 PC’s with Win 98 and Win ME. I am from a teaching iT background – not techie. Can anyone recommend a good url orbook to read to find out what can be do – not necessarilly how to do it?
