Win 95/98 Profiles dialog box

How do I either remove the windows 95/98 profiles dialog box that appears when logging in to a nt4.0 domain, apart from not using profiles. Wish to keep profiles for some users and not for others.
Failing that, how do I set the focus to the No box.
