Win 95 Booting to Safe Mode Every time

I have a user whose computer is booting into safe mode every time she starts it up. It doesn’t go to a menu, or anything, just says “Windows is bypassing your startup files”, and boots into safe mode. It has done this several times. Once she wentinto the bios setup, changed nothing, restarted, and it worked. Later, I uninstalled “SaveNow” which had been installed with a screen saver, and then it started up. Today, it happened again. After a few reboots, all of which went right to safe mode again, scandisk ran, and found some “lost clusters” or chains or whatever those things are. After that, a reboot went into “normal” windows. Any ideas?
