Win 95 Lockup when viewing JPG

I have a few Win 95 PCs with in my network that lockup when they try to view JPG files from their floppys. If I try this on a Win 98 PC it works fine. If you email the same images it works fine. I have checked the floppy drives and they work fine,it just locks the Pc’s up when viewing JPG files.The PCs occasionaly lock up when they try to copy from the disk to the hard disc for viewing.

Any ideas?
