win 95 log in

we use win95 as work stations, win nt as servers. the users at one work station forgot thier login, both password and user name. is there a way to view the .pwl file to get them with out using any hack software?the company wont let me use the programs i have to do this. is there a MS way to do this? i do not have full admin rights so i cant give them a new name for log in.
