Win 95 not booting.

by shanghai sam . Updated 24 years, 7 months ago

I have a PC running Windows 95, that show message: Invalid system disc….etc, when booting. I know that sometimes this can be fixed by using a booting floppy disc and them typing from A: Sys c: (Enter) and that I did it, but…happen that the booting disc I used was from another Windows 95 version and all I obtain is a C: prompt, and when try to boot, the PC show message: incorrect MS DOS version.
The question is:
What can I do now?, Is any way to go back and try another method, for example, pressing F8 and try to boot in Save Mode?, Somebody can give me an idea?
Thanks anyway.

Julio
