Win 98 and spool32 error

One of my custoemr agencies is using Windows 98 SE for their desktop OS. They are part of our Windows NT/2000 domain. Their print queues reside on a Windows 2000 server. They are strictly a Microsoft network. We also have McAfee version 4.51 with the epo client installed.

I know that McAfee is known to cause shutdown issues with Windows 9x. I have also disabled MDM and then renamed it to MDMBack so MDM no longer slows down the PCs.

Any suggestions on what else might be causing the Spool32 error when they print?
