Win 98 can’t open Win 2K Share

I have two Win 98se and two Win 2K machines connected to Linksys BEFSR81 EtherFast CableDSL Router (shich connects to @Home). The Win 98se machines cannot access shares on the Win 2K machines. When a Win 2K machine icon is double-clicked in Network Neighborhood of Win 98se machine, a box appears asking for password to IPC$. I want the share to be Read/Write/Delete access to anyone on our network. I tried the Everyone group as R/W/D access and several of the other groups. Is this possible?
