Win 98 Freezing

Why is m computer continually freezing? I have already installed a new Hard drive, Video card and reset the BIOS. It is still continually freezing while i am on the internet. Before I installed the new hard drive It would freeze on any program. Now it is only freezing while the internet is on. What else should I try to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.
