Win 98 incomp. w/ 2k Native domain

Win2k Servers in native mode domain can’t see win 98 clients. I’ve modified host & lmhosts files. I’m running DHCP, DNS & WINS (for fault tolerance). Yes I can ping them but I can’t see them (needed for Nortons Ent.). I thought it might be Kerberos but I believe you have to invoke Kerb. any solutions?
