Win ME crash, win32.mitglieder.aq virus

I am using Windows ME and I keep getting all kinds of errors. Kernel32.dll(I reloaded entire O/S, did not work at all, made it worse), Trojan win32.mitglieder.aq and win32.Startpage.e could not find any reference file for! sstyle.css problem, tried to address, did what was told, still could not delete(even in DOS)! We have tried everything! Spybot, Ad-aware, Spysweeper, Zonealarm anti-virus, NOTHING WORKS TO CLEAN VIRUS!!!! I need help, God please help me! Somebody!
