Win NT 4 admin

the administrator account on the winnt 4 server seems to lack some previlages it had before, i.e. when i open the windows explorer in the explore mode, it doesn’t show the right pane of the window.. thus, not able to view the content of any folder unless i use the open command !! while when i log in using another account in the administrators group, the widows explorer works fine showing both panes !! how can i fix this?
