Win XP, 98 Network

How can I see the content of a computer in a network when I have two computers with Win 98 the I can see the content ot the other from one computer but I can’t see the content of one computer with Win XP attached to the Network? When I ping from one with 98 it ping to the XP computer and receive the response and Viceversa.
