Win XP – drives mis-lettered

I had to reinstall Windows XP on my main drive & not the drive letters listed in XP are messed up. It has my primary master (where XP is installed) as drive E, my secondary master as drive C & my CD-ROM as drive D. How can I re-arrange this?
