Win XP network

I had a server with xp, and 10 workstation.
I want to create a basic network configuration with a lot of users.
For example: I create a user on server and after that i want the user to connect from any workstation to my server, and the quata space to be located on my server(40 MB for each user)
How can I do That? Please can you help me?
