Win XP Restarting

Hi
My kid has been fiddling with my PC, and now the computer keeps coming back ON itself, 15 minutes after has been switched off.
Also I recenlty connected a UPS, since then the power supply fun stays ON after the computer has been switched off.
Any ideas please?
