Win XP Server Service on workstation

I have a Win XP computer that I’m trying to share a printer on. The Server service must be running to do so but it is not in the Services control panel for me to start. I am logged in as administrator. I have tried reinstalling the windows componentbut it installs the same way–without the Server service.

How do I get the Server service to show up?
