Win2000 Hardware Profiles

How can I create different networking settings for different Hardware Profiles?
Here is what I need this for: I’m using my laptop in two networks. In one I’m getting IP and DNS from DHCP, in another I have to use static. So my goal is to create twodifferent sets of network settings so I can choose DHCP or Static IP settings during bootup.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
