Win2000 Pro and Win98

I am trying to get Windows 98 release 2 to see shared folders and files on the Windows 2000 Pro.

I can get Win2000 to see Win98 but Win98 will not see Win2000 and it doesn’t matter if Win2000 is formated with NTFS or FAT32.

How can I get Win98computer to see the resources on my Win2000 computer?
