win2000 pro missing password

I recently purchased a few HP Omnibook 4150’s from a local auction, for a bankrupt company.
One had windows 200 pro installed, but no one remaining at the company was any help as to the password or any idea how to resolve booting the system into windows. I tried my windows 2000 pro CD, and boot disks, to no avail. It has swapping floppy or CD options but I can NOT boot from floppy to start CD.
Is there anyway to get around the password shy of fdisk, but then I have no way to install my Win2000 pro! ?
