Win2000 Professional/VB dll error in IDE

I’ve installed Win2000 (upgrade from Win98)on a laptop and VS6.0 right after. When trying to run a DLL project in the IDE I get: System error &H80004015. The class is configured to run as a security ID different from the caller. I’ve checked MS Knowledgebase and found some articles but none ‘seem’ to apply. Any suggestions?
