Win2000 server problem with win98 client

I have 3 win2000 servers on my network and
3 win98 machines these clients can only connect and use the files of 1 of the 3 servers.

All servers permissions are the same.

Any suggestions as to what I might try?

Note: All servers have service pack 2 installled.
