Win2000: Where’s My MSCONFIG?

I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 2000. In Win98 I could run MSConfig to see what all was running in the startup, and can’t for the life of me figure out the equivalent in Win2K. I’ve been to the MS windows & technet site, done searche, all to no avail.

My startup is very ssssllllloooowww. I have checked my startup folder, removed from the startup bin, etc. I really want to run something like msconfig.
