win2k

I have win2k.I have enabled guest account.But I couldn’t logon as a guest.When i searched for profiles, it was not there.But it still has an account.How can I create profile provided i have administrator on this box?

I have vmware installed on mybox.Can some one tell me how to configure for Linux so that I can run both win2k and linux @ same time.
