Win2K and Winnt Trusts

Is there any way to setup a trust between a Windows nt 4.0 server and a Windows 2000 server? My company has a Win2k domain. Users on our network need access to a drive on a Windows Nt 4.0 member server. We are setup for Native Mode. Is there a way that I can use a script to automatically map them to a drive on the member server?
