win2k Auditing on folders & files

In win2k Pro i want to set a effective Auditing on Object Access. that is i have a folders to which only i have access. if anybody other than me tries to access these folders it should a log an event in security logs. if a users with administratorrights tries to access or to take ownership of the folders. i should get a logs mentioning with whose login this attempt was made. how do i set such auditing on folders?
