Win2k crashing !!

Hi,

I was burning a CD using EasyCD creator and as I was trying to eject the CD aftter it has finished Win2k pro crashed violently. Win2k is not known to have crashed that easily. Could this be the CPU overclocking or the user profile that logson or other issues within win2k itself?

If it is the corrupted user desktop or other issues with Win2k Pro, please suggest on how I can go about fixing it.
