Win2K Deployment

I am getting ready to deploy Win2K and want to create a drive image to load on all my machines prior to deployment. Some of my computers will be on the LAN and some will not. I want to set up a common default user profile that will stay the same forall users on both sets of machines, colors, back ground, security, etc. I am wondering how to do that.
