Win2k Forgotten Password

Client forgot his Workstation Only password. Novell is installed on his computer but we migrated our Servers to Win2K already.
Tried the Administrator account and did not work. Guest account was disabled. NTFS partitioned. I know the next step is to reformat! Maybe somebody out there has a better idea! HELP! Client is a student who needs his papers on his HD.
