Win2K peer to peer connection

I am running 3 Win2K computers on a p2p network. IP address assigned 192.168.100.30 subnet 255.255.255.0 the other two with the same subnet and IP addresses end with 31 and 32. The Nics and cables are working ok, but I cannot see other computers inneighborhood. I ping each machine from the other and no response. can anyone assist me to connect these machines?
