Win2K Pro compatibility

We will be rolling out Win2K laptops soon and are wrestling with the costs of Office XP. Are there any issues with Win2K Pro and Office XP? Are there any issues with Win2K Pro and Office 97? Will there be any problem if I create a Ghost image of a Win2K machine with Office XP to deploy onto other machines, assuming my company purchases the bulk licensing?
