Win2K Pro msimn.exe has generated errors

Hi I have checked that the dbx files are not read only I have deleted the iuser dentities in the registry and still keep getting this error.

The system did have a virus which has been cleaned and tests clean with Norton,AVG,and trendmicros.

All the latest patches have been applied, it is using outlook express V6.

Any help would be welcome
