Win2K Profesional Industrial PC and a new hard drive

I installed a new larger hard drive and windows 2000 professional runs fine on the system setup, then after placing in the new host it reboots as soon as it gets to the loading windows screen. I tried another exact same drive and got same result, 40 gig maxtor drives were fine, but the 120’s the industrial pc just doesn’t seem to like.
