Win2k professional

My os is Win2k Professional SP3. I have a dos program. I had created a shorcuts on the desktop. I set the shorcuts to “full screen” . Whenever i click the shorcuts, it maximised but the screen is half only.

The only solution for me at the moment is i set to “window screen” and press “alt + enter” to maximise.

Is there any other solution beter than tht?? Cos quite troublesome for me..
