win2k security setting

I encounter some problem with the win2k security premission. I can’t gain access to some of the function on my win2k server eventthough i login as admin. when i perform secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy it show some error at the log.

Securitypolicies are propagated with warning. 0x534 : No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (1332).

What should i do???
