Win2K SP2 blue screen

3 times now I have tried to install Win2K SP2. Each time install has proceeded fine until last reboot. It then comes up with a blue screen saying there is no hard disk. The first two times I was able to start with the 4 setup/recovery floppies and reload the OS. The last time I used a CD directly from Microsoft with same result but it will not even load any boot floppy.
