Win2k un-install

I have win 2k installed on my computer. It was installed from an image at a local I.T school where I purchased it. It seems to be incomplete and there are several things that I am not allowed access to because of permissions. I want to remove it andre-install it but it doesn’t show up anywhere that I can temove or repair it.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
