Win2k unattended install with 2 HDD’s

I need to create an unattended install build for machines that have two hard drives.

When the install gets to the GUI phase it can’t find the CD ROM as Win2k has pushed it to E:

Is there a way of setting the CD ROM to use a single drive letter(say Z:) all the way through the build and continue to use Z: once completed.

(PS: I know how to set the drive letter manually during DOS phase and via the GUI, what I need to know is, is there a way to di it during the unattended install)

I’dalso like to fin out if there’s a way to format drive D: with NTFS in unattended mode.
