WIN32API changes from WINNT4.0 tp WIN2K

I need to know what are the methods that have been changed in Win2K comparing with WInNT4.0, I need to know only the severely impacted methods. Becasue it may be helpful for many of the developers like us to know the changes in advaces to avoid thepost effects.
