Win95 can’t see all of my hard drive,

I have a win 95 system that I had to buy a new hard drive for. SO I am starting from scratch. I have a 20GB hard drive that I want to use for the win 95 system. Is there a way I can get win 95 to see all 20 GB or atleast most of it. I have trieda few things, but I never can get it to work right. I am able to format and partition atleast 2 4GB drives out of it. But when I go to install Win 95 It only sees 1 hard drive that is 1.99GB and I did enable large disk support. How can I get the OS to see all or most off the 20 GB hard drive.
