Win95 – Compression Agent Error

OS: Win95, 64M RAM, 15G HD…
At the end of bootup, we keep getting the above error message asking:

Compression Agent runs only on DriveSpace3 compressed drives.

To compress your drive or to upgrade it to DriveSpace 3 format, you need to run DriveSpace 3.

Would you like to run DriveSpace 3 now?

We have tried BOTH options “yes” & “no” but no matter how we run it, it will ask this EVERYTIME we boot up. We can click “no” and it will go away. How can we get rid of this Compression Agent error?
