Win95 disconnects from network printer

Intermittently, when trying to print an e-mail from Outlook 98 (on Win95), the network printer is disconnected and the icon is removed from the Printers folder. A message appears : Spool32 has performed an illegal operation. Details : Spool32 causedan invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll at 014f:bff9a3co.
