Win95 Print Server Problem

I’m trying to support a Win95 network with one HP printer connected on the network on a TCP/IP connection and I need to find a way to disconnect the current print server (this machine is not always on which disables printing) and setup printing directly to the TCP/IP connection. I know this can be done in NT/2000 but how do you do it in Win95?
